As you vacation at Hiawassee River Cabins, we want to make sure your experience is perfect.  Please see our available concierge services below.  Whether you are celebrating a birthday or anniversary, or just want to surprise your significant other with flowers, we can help.  If there is something you need that we don’t offer, just let us know and we can arrange it! 

Groceries

Fill out the grocery list and we will make sure your unit is stocked upon your arrival.  We will simply add the grocery charges to your final bill with an additional $65 concierge fee.  Groceries will be purchased at local markets and are subject to current market pricing. 

Flowers and Chocolates

If this is a weekend for your sweetheart, dazzle them with flowers and chocolates upon your arrival.  Let us know what you would like and we will have this waiting.  Cost will be added to the final bill with a $25 concierge fee. 

Special Occasion Desserts

Do you have a birthday or anniversary to celebrate?  Would you like to celebrate with a cake or other special dessert? Let us know and we will have your sweets waiting for you or delivered based on your preference.   The dessert cost will be added to your final bill with a $25 concierge fee.  We can also provide decorations, plates, napkins, etc.  Just let us know what you would like. 

Breakfast Assortment

Enjoy your vacation and let us stock your unit with a breakfast assortment to start off your day.  Whether you want bagels, pastries, or donuts, we can handle this for you.  Just let us know you preference and we will have this waiting upon your arrival.  Breakfast assortment will be added to your final bill with an additional $25 concierge fee. 

Firewood Delivery

If you would like your unit stocked with firewood, we can have this waiting upon your arrival.  Just let us know how much you need.  Market prices will apply and the cost will be added to your final bill.

Entertainment Services

The area has great attractions and events from concerts, boating, wine weekends, and more.  If you would like us to handle booking these activities for you, let us know.  Costs will be added to the final bill with an additional concierge fee. 

Event Planning

Let us help you plan your event, from catering dinners, to making recommendations on area attractions, we can help.  Costs are subject to desired events.
